1. Agreement

By placing an order with McCully Customs, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. These terms apply to all purchases made through our website, email, or over the phone.

2. Order Acceptance

All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including stock issues, pricing errors, or inability to verify payment.

3. Payment

Payment is required in full at the time of order unless otherwise agreed in writing. For custom builds or made to order items, a deposit may be required.

We accept payment via the methods listed at checkout.

4. Deposits & Custom Orders

Custom and made to order products require a non-refundable deposit unless otherwise stated. Deposits secure your build slot and cover initial manufacturing costs.

Once manufacturing has commenced, deposits cannot be refunded.

5. Pricing

All prices are listed in AUD and include GST unless otherwise stated. We reserve the right to change prices without notice.

If a product price changes after you place an order, you will be charged the price at the time of purchase.

6. Lead Times & Delivery

Lead times listed on product pages are estimates only. Production times may vary due to demand, material availability, or manufacturing schedules.

We will always keep you updated on progress and delivery expectations.

7. Shipping & Risk

Risk passes to you once the product leaves our facility. We recommend purchasing insurance for high value shipments.

Any shipping damage must be reported within 24 hours of delivery with photos.

8. Returns & Refunds

Returns are accepted only for items that are faulty, damaged, or not as described.

Custom or made to order items are non-refundable unless they arrive damaged or defective.

To request a return, contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

9. Warranty

McCully Customs provides a warranty against manufacturing defects. Warranty does not cover damage caused by:

  • Incorrect installation

  • Misuse or abuse

  • Accidents or collisions

  • Normal wear and tear

  • Modifications not approved by McCully Customs

Warranty claims require proof of purchase and photos of the issue. We may request the item be returned for inspection.

10. Fitment & Installation

Our products are designed for specific models and applications. Customers are responsible for confirming fitment before purchase.

Professional installation is recommended. We are not liable for damage caused by incorrect installation or modification.

11. Product Changes & Improvements

We may update designs, materials, or specifications without notice. We will always aim to keep customers informed of any major changes affecting their order.

12. Intellectual Property

All designs, images, and content on this website are the property of McCully Customs. Reproduction or use without permission is prohibited.

13. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, McCully Customs is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our products.

14. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia.
