McCully Customs ships Australia wide and internationally. Most of our products are made to order or custom built, so shipping times vary depending on the product, finish, and manufacturing schedule.

2. Processing & Lead Times

Lead times are listed on individual product pages and are estimates only.

Production times may vary due to demand, materials, or machining schedules.

If there are any significant delays, we will contact you directly with an update.

3. Shipping Locations

We ship to all Australian states and territories. We ship worldwide, please contact us for any international enquiries.

4. Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on:

  • Product size and weight

  • Shipping destination

  • Courier selection

For large or high value items, a custom freight quote may apply.

5. Dispatch

Orders are dispatched once manufacturing is complete and full payment has been received.

You will receive tracking details once your order has been shipped.

6. Delivery Timeframes

Estimated delivery times vary by location:

  • Australia: 1–7 business days after dispatch

  • International: 5–21 business days after dispatch

These timeframes are estimates and may be affected by courier delays, customs processing, or local delivery conditions.

7. Risk & Responsibility

Risk passes to the customer once the item leaves our facility.

We recommend selecting shipping insurance for high value orders.

McCully Customs is not responsible for delays caused by couriers, customs clearance, or incorrect shipping information provided by the customer.

8. Damaged or Lost Shipments

If your order arrives damaged, notify us within 24 hours of delivery with:

  • Photos of the damage

  • Packaging condition

  • Order number

If a shipment is lost in transit, we will assist in lodging a claim with the courier. Resolution times vary depending on the carrier.

9. Incorrect Address

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details.

Orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer may incur reshipping fees.
