Returns & Refunds
1. Overview
McCully Customs manufactures and supplies premium custom motorcycle parts, many of which are made to order or custom fitted. Because of the specialised nature of our products, returns and refunds are handled on a case by case basis and are subject to the conditions below.
2. Faulty or Damaged Items
If your item arrives faulty or damaged, you may be eligible for a refund or replacement.
To request a return, contact us within 7 days of delivery with:
Order number
Photos of the damage or fault
A description of the issue
We may require the item to be returned for inspection before approving a refund or replacement.
3. Change of Mind
Change of mind returns are not accepted for custom, made to order, or modified items.
This includes:
Custom finishes
Custom sizes
Made to order wheel kits
Any item manufactured specifically for your build
If the item is in stock and unopened, a return may be considered at our discretion, subject to a restocking fee.
4. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are non-returnable unless faulty or damaged:
Custom made products
Made to order wheel kits
Modified or bespoke parts
Any item that has been installed or used
Products with altered finishes or custom coatings
5. Return Process
To initiate a return:
Contact us at sales@mccullycustoms.com.au within 7 days of delivery.
Provide your order number and photos.
We will advise if the return is approved.
If approved, return shipping is the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
6. Refunds
Refunds will be processed after:
Inspection of the returned item
Confirmation that the item is in original condition (unused and undamaged)
Approval from McCully Customs
Refunds are processed using the original payment method and may take up to 7–10 business days to appear in your account.
7. Restocking Fees
If a return is approved for a change of mind (where applicable), a restocking fee may apply.
Restocking fees are determined on a case by case basis.
8. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless otherwise stated.
9. Warranty Claims
Warranty claims for manufacturing defects are handled separately through our Warranty Policy.
